Genetic algorithm to load balancing in networks with a homogeneous traffic flow
Source code of genetic algorithm to load balancing in networks with a homogeneous traffic flow for network adjacency matrix with ten vertices (N10E39). This is the "basic" code, which was modified during testing (the number of flows, the structure and size of the network, the values of the various parameters of the algorithm, etc. were changed).
